At Prism Smoke Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused product in its original packaging with all included accessories and include a printed copy of your RMA form.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item and confirms it is in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
